Frequently Asked Questions
For questions or needs specific to your hotel bookings and stay, please contact the front desk at your respective hotel. If you have any additional questions not answered below, please feel free to reach out to us at TheAxelsons2024@gmail.com.
Is transportation provided throughout the weekend?
Transportation for the Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Party and Ceremony/Reception will be provided both to and from the two hotels where we have room blocks. If you are staying outside of our room blocks on different properties, it will be your responsibility to get either to the bus pickup location or to the various venues. Valet parking is available at Montage Palmetto Bluff at the Main Inn, with shuttle service provided throughout the resort property. Note there is no parking at Moreland Landing.

Are children invited, and what if I need a babysitter?
While we adore children, there are certain aspects of the weekend that we consider adult-only. Unless directly involved in the wedding ceremony, we ask that children do not attend the Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony or Reception. Children are more than welcome to attend Pickleball and the Welcome Party on Friday. Should you require a sitter, we recommend the below companies.

Guardian Angels

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors, and what should I wear?
The weekend will consist of events both indoors and out, with the majority being outdoors. We recommend wearing clothing you will be comfortable in warmer temperatures, as well as shoes that do well in grass and gravel.

If you still have questions about what to wear throughout the weekend, we've put together some general guidelines and inspiration that you can view here.
